Reverse Lunges – Form guide

 

Start in a regular standing position, take a large step backwards and drop down until the back and front knees are at 90 degrees. The torso should remain vertical during the ‘down’ portion of the movement. Drive the front foot into the ground and bring the rear leg back to the start position. Repeat with the opposite side.
