Modified Burpees

Modified Burpees – Form guide

 

Start in a push-up position with the hands shoulder width apart and the body straight. Jump both feet into the middle position before launching into a jump with arms overhead. As soon as your feet touch the ground, drop the hands to the floor just forward of the feet and jump both feet back to assume the start position. Enjoy!
