Tricep Push-Ups – Form guide

 

Start with hands making a diamond shape, as in the close-up image, and body straight from shoulder to heels. If you are new to exercise, perform the exercise on your knees instead of toes. Lower the body in one straight line until the chest is a few inches off the ground, then power back up to the start position.
