Bodyweight Prisoner Squats – Form guide

Feet should be a little more than hip width apart, hands clasped behind head and shoulder blades squeezed together to activate the back muscles. Push hips back as if sitting into a chair whilst keeping chest up and eyes forward. Upper thighs should end up parallel to floor. When you get back to the start position make sure you squeeze the butt muscles to get the maximum contraction possible.
